There really is no such thing as a limit.  You can basically ship any size you want however the larger it is the more it costs for the permits and the more restrictions the permit might have such as warning flags, flashing lights, front and back warning vehicles, restricted shipping hours during the night, etc.  You would also have to look at your particular delivery route for height and turning radius restrictions.

What is the maximum length of wide flange beams that is available in CA and can be shipped?
