I would concur with Bill.  Contact Hayward Baker.  I am not sure where the project is located, but they would be a good first choice.

Lakshmana, this is best handled by a specialty consultant who can do planning, design, installation, inspection, and testing as needed.

We are evaluating reuse of tank which was subject to uplift due to vacuum condition.
the ring foundation was tilted and maximum uplift observed is about 450mm. Appreciate any suggestion on what mitigation can be proposed to reuse the tank.
