If you have a spam filter you can usually set it to junk items with particular text, which is what I do. The spam that my ISP doesn't catch is usually caught by Intego Personal anti-spam and the rules on Apple Mail. They have both learned all the scrambled spellings for a lot of drugs and remedies for personal enhancements of various kinds.
