If you double click on the member you're trying to rotate, a dialog box called "Information for Member xx" will open. Under the "General" tab is a subgroup called "orientation" with an "x Axis Rotate" option.

Does anyone know how, in RISA, to rotate a member about its longitudinal
axis?  Can't make the std "rotate" do it and I thought there was a function
in "members".
