just in case you haven't seen it yet, here's the stainless steel design manual along with some examples:

It is indeed in scope of the Eurocodes, though.

A few years back it seemed there was only a Eurocode available for this. ASCE had a COLD-FORMED stainless code, but I want to check the structural viability of regular plate (e.g. A 240).
