I've spent some time north of the border, and my experience is that at least as many Canadians are as happy with being Canadian as we are with being Americans. Probably happier, given the results of polls asking Americans if they were satisfied with the way things are going down here. The thing about Canadians is that they're very polite about keeping their opinions about my home to themselves, and I'd be rude not to give them the same courtesy.
