P= 150+9000R/T < 150 h    --- for  R< 7 or = 7 ft/hr

P= equivalent fluid pressure in psf
R=vertical rate of placement in ft/hr
T= Temperature of concrete in Fahrenheit
h= height of concrete

For curved forms I would use this formula to get the uplift pressures.
