     I am sure it is just a driver issue. Check if  have the lastest drivers from HP. Also check your plot settings make sure the margins are correct.

I'm having trouble with a viewport being shifted and cut in half in both
preview and the plot when plotted on an HP DesignJet 500-24. I think it's a
plotter issue because the pdf plots OK as does another printer but .
