OK, here is a return on your price of joining the SEAINT list server.  Based on a lawsuit in regards to making mandatory codes accessible, the below website has all the California Building Codes for free download:

Could someone tell me if there are any significant changes to the upcoming new (Jan 1)  cbc / labc code and if so what they are (in general)
