Perhaps you can use the pressure coefficients from ASCE7-05, Ch 6 Wind Loads, Free Roof.

Fellow Listers,
I am designing a single post support for a solar panel, approx 38' long by 18' wide.  It will be permanently tilted at 30 degrees from the horizontal.  There are no wind pressure coefficients for this situation in the Canadian codes.  Are you aware of any such coefficients in any of the US codes? Thanks in advance.
