Look also in Australian AS1170 Part 2, they seems to be more comprehensive.

Fellow Listers,
I am designing a single post support for a solar panel, approx 38' long by 18' wide.  It will be permanently tilted at 30 degrees from the horizontal.  There are no wind pressure coefficients for this situation in the Canadian codes.  Are you aware of any such coefficients in any of the US codes?
