RE: 10 story wood building : The Technology

I believe the technology in question is cross-laminated timber (CLT)
panels. I'm not clear on all the details, but IIRC it's basically two or
three layers of 2x members running in opposite directions and bonded
together. Basically like a glulam, but in the shape of a wall panel
rather than a beam.
