He should have put his concerns in writing as well as reported it to the 
concerned authority. We now have more than 500 deaths and many are still 
unaccounted for.

Apparently the structural engineer who warned the building owner about the 
cracks in the concrete building has been arrested. Nothing like shooting 
the messenger.
