Terek,

I have not yet purchased the 2012 IBC/2013 CBC so can't comment on that. I 
do have the new ASCE 7-10 and it looks about the same, but about a quarter 
inch thicker, so must be some changes/additions. I understand the ASCE 7-10 
 has simplified wind design and is in new chapters.
