Problem Solved - Slab on Grade and the Green Code

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
The Green Building Code plan checker said the alternative to the green code
detail is to place a statement, next to the slab on grade detail required
by the soils engineer, on the plan which says " This detail is designed to
provide a capillary break" with the stamp and signature of the soils
engineer next to it. He said that if problems occur in the future due to
moisture intrusion then the person signing that statement will be liable.
