The World Before Our Eyes, the last 60 years

A Scientist approaches a demagogue with a non-conclusive answer, to inquire 
 of knowledge and pretentiousness. He believes he has discovered a link 
between the stars and planets and the movement of the earth's tectonic 
plates.  He believes that with the wave of a hand, all misery can be 
endured, and all suffering could cease, but he continues with his long 
winded question regardless of the absence of ears to listen.  His question 
regards the propriety and duration of civil justice when approaching a 
problem of great proportionality.  Between RMS and indiosyncratic syndrome, 
 he surmises a gesture upon another field of science, directly to his third 
 cousin, of whom he had not yet laid eyes on, for length of rest on that 
single day.

Drawing a wisp of fresh air, he journeyed to the lake creating the 
reservoir that bumbled towards the Western states.  And with a hinch of his 
 shoulder, tossed a green limestone rock to the center of the 10' lake, and 
 forthrot, the hench upon the lake caused concentric circles.  He was
