CFS by RSG Software will handle closed sections per AISI-S100-12 North
American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural
Members. The free version will handle limited elements. If the section is
cold formed and seam welded, you can take the benefit from the
pseudo-increase in E. Otherwise, tell it to ignore the cold-work effects.

Minimum radius for cold forming of most ASTM structural sheet products is
2t. For most small radius you can ignore it or guesstimate radius and get
very reasonable estimates.
