I was about to send this to him (it's pretty tiny), so thanks!

(NOTE: I noticed that this app stopped working during the ersatz 
"government shutdown". Since it's Java I assume it is dependent somehow on 
"phoning home" to the USGS site somehow. Clever, eh? You pay for it, THEY 
get to decide when you can use it).
