Very first job I did in metric (before it came official), I came up with a 
size that did not make sense and checked it using Imperial & ASD to find I 
was out by one of those nasty zeroes. I have a couple of books from Europe 
and they use centimetres rather than mm used in Canada for section properties. 
 It made sense from the point of view of all the zeroes.
