I got it! And gave it a quick look. Good info. on stresses of reinf. steel
back then, but nothing on bar size areas- I just hav to assume that a square 
 bar that is called out as 3/4" sq. will be an areof .75x.75 or 0.56 in.
sq., not what a round #6 is or 0.44 sq. in.

Any last thoughts?
