```Not bad at moment but fine weather today and for next few days so expecting
to drop to maybe 0+/-.  Not often below that ... this lotus land after all
LOL.

So, if your column is pinned top and bottom, I'd say that you would use the
nominal eccentricity for the design but you have to calculate the extra
force due to the out-of-alignment slope and the resulting vector from any
restraining structure ...

Again it depends on whether the out-of-alignment is due to an existing bend
in the member or simply off the vertical and the column straight ... my
suggestions applies where column is "straight" but out-of-plumb.  The added
eccentricity would apply if the member is actually bent but I would also
look at any resulting vector forces if there is also simple out-of-plumb
conditions ... but the extra vector may be insignificant.
